What is included in the Nanit Smart Baby Monitor box?
Each Nanit Pro Camera comes with a power adapter, a wall mount or floor stand (depending on your selection), and one small Breathing Band to get you started with sleep tracking.
Does the Nanit monitor require a subscription to work?
The camera provides a live stream and sound alerts without a subscription. However, to access personalized sleep analytics, video history, and Breathing Motion Monitoring, a Nanit Insights plan is required.
What is your shipping policy for new orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
What is the return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 45-day happiness guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging for a full refund within 45 days of the delivery date.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes, Nanit uses AES 256-bit symmetric-key encryption, which is the same level of security used by major financial institutions. Your video stream is encrypted and only accessible by authorized users you invite.
Does the monitor work if the internet goes down?
As long as your smartphone and camera are on the same local Wi-Fi network, you can continue to stream live video even if your connection to the wider internet is interrupted.
